I'm about to get my backpack sprayers for fertilizers, pesticides..

What do you guys recommend for backpack sprayers, I'm going through the Shindaiwa www site and I see a good couple of BACKPACK SPRAYERS from them! ie) 415, 518 or whatever.. I can't remember.. something like that..

    I was going to get 3 sprayers;

    1) sprayer for gardenbeds weeds
    2) sprayer for lawn weeds
    3) fertilizer for shrubs/bushes ie) miracle gro and water

Whatcha guys think? :pumpkin: :pumpkin: :pumpkin:

I use 'em alll day long .
    They are all shiit .
They spend 50 milliom dollars developing 1 pesticide and we aint got shiit to use.
The SP 3 are best so far , however , Robin , at the corporate office in Calif. told me there's a bad batch going around .
I get 4 of them and sent 'em back.
They leaked from the threads / lid area .

    Good luck on this one

Well, whats a good backpack sprayer?

I dont want to waste money on garbage sprayers..I'm willing to spend up to $500 on 1 sprayer!

Try Tessman Seed co. in St Paul for the sp 3
You can return them if you have problems .
If you buy 3 at one time , $117.00 each .
That's what ya should do .

If you dont mind spending an above average amount, my pick is the Birchmeier for a solid reliable backpack. I must sound like a broken record whenever this subject comes up, but Ive been through them all.

    Birchmerier ??

    Design is their problem
The handle don' t fold up .
The tank is not curved to fit my back .
Put 4 gals in the 4 gal one and it's al the way up to the top , no room for 'cides

Other than that , it's perfect.
