I am in the beginning stages of setting up a lawn care service. I have had a bad boy outlaw 61" cut 31 hrs kawi for around 2 years. I have been using it to do my personal lawn which is about 4 acres. I need some feedback on how well these mowers have held up in a commercial mowing enviroment. As in reliability and hours expectancy. I have recently added a rear hopper dump from seat grass/leave catcher made by Humboldt. I have been extremely satisfied with it so far.

O boy, subscribed. My own personal opinion, there are better mowers for the same $$$$. Plus, I've read somewhere their CS isn't so honest. Ferris, scag, snapper pro, toro, exmark, are all way better for 1 obvious reason. They are proven and reliable. Best of luck and we'll see how long this thread lasts

The only thing I've learned about this company lately is that there is a dealer in Michigan that lies to their customers, and that the eye in the sky deletes any negative Bad Boy threads...

Honestly you will be just fine starting a company with your BB. Once you get going you will have many chances to try and compare other mowers and make your own decision. Unfortunately most BB threads get deleted so the learned lessons of others are gone from LS.

I must Agree with him. I mean I have homeowner cub cadet On the yards I have so I'm sure the BB will be fine.

If you want to be fine when starting a LCO then yes buy all means buy a badboy. If you want to show up to win, succeed, wow your potential customer base, perform great work well then you will need to not choose a badboy.

I dont think it will be long before the OP comes to the same conclusion. Especially if he has to deal with BB's customer service!!
