I have searched and I have posted and I am still in a tissy about this wiregrass problem I have...

Property owner has a lot of beds. Bermuda is kinda a weed here in VA. Not so much a problem in the turf but the beds are loaded and I have tried Round-up, and have pulled by hand twice this year and have piled mulch 7-8 inches and still no luck. How do I control this economically in dollars and time and not kill every shrub around..

Please anything you guys can give me will be GREAT:blob3: :blob3:

It takes repeated applications of Roundup to get rid of Bermuda grass. It is more a matter of control than eradication. Just keep after it and eventually you will win.

Hey Lanelle, on the repeated applications should I apply every week when I am there and can I apply and cover with additional mulch and be effective.

Fusilade II will take care of your grass problems and can be sprayed over the top of most ornamentals.

Go to www.bluebooktor.com to check out the label and MSDS of Fusilade II

Just search under fusilade. I have not used it for control of bermuda, however bermuda is listed under grasses controlled.
