Does Exmark offer replacement baffels for the 52" deck on a Lazer Z. Mine are showing a lot of wear, especially at the rear between the chambers.

    Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
You can order baffles in the raw state (not painted) to replace on their deck. You can order them through your local dealer. Just give them your model # and serial # to make sure you pair the correct replacement baffles with the right deck.

Thanks Brian. Now these are the ones under the deck that seperate the 3 blade chambers, right?
Also I meant to ask before, I know the old ones will have to be cut out, but are the replacements bolts on or do they need to be welded like the originals?
    Thanks.
Also I dont know where a dealer might be. The one I bought my mower from is no more.

Yes, these baffles seperate the 3 blade chambers to the rear of the deck.

You are correct on cutting out the baffles and rewelding the new ones in.

To find a new dealer go to:
    http://exmark.com/
Click: "Find a Dealer" and then enter in your zip code.

    Thanks,
    Brian

Ask the welding shop if they can use a welding machine to cut the welds. Let me get you the name of the machine.
