Do any of you know if you can get a baggin system for a scag walk behind? Looked on the scag web site but they only have a 4ft cubic ft attachement....any ideas?

You could use a TracVac system. Or use the GrassGobbler catcher with the leaf extension. It sounds like you may be looking more for the Trac-Vac...

About 800.00 for the set, or you can buy just the main part for 400.00

Is that the one by JMG?

I've been thinking that looks tobe a bout the best set up.
you can start with the small part and add the extension later.

Plus it's all aluminum. A lot less dead weight than the steal ones.

would not take long to beat the **** out of that thing. not worth $800 IMO go with the stock cloth bag with some mulching blades it will last you years and is about $200. the walk behind trac vac. I have never used one. but how the heck are you spose to see where your going with a huge trash can in your way.

PJ can you actually fill that thing with grass or are you only supposed to use the extension for leaves? Grass would put a big load on the mower. If I have time I'm going to build a 6 cu. ft. side catcher like the Scag orange one that is steel and can dump while still on the mower. Theirs is only 4 cu. ft. but mine is gonna be 6. It will attach like the Accelerator one but you just use a lever to dump contents over a tarp and then empty tarp after a couple dumps.
Here's the Scag 4 cu.ft. dump catcher I am talking about:
