I wanted to add Merit to my next fertilizer application with a slow release 25-4-14 w/Nutralene which has been running about 19.50 a 50lb bag.... Adding Merit they say runs the price up to 55 - 60 bucks a bag... WOW.... Said I will have to buy the Merit and apply seperate....

Is there a company that mixes Merit with a balanced slow release fertilizer at a reasonble price? Sure would make life easier :)

BTW... The fall application of Merit is a pre-treatment for a unique situation limited to the Pacific Northwest coastline (Cranefly)... They deposit larvae this time of year that grow into leatherjackets that wake up in the spring and eat anything in their way....

    Thanks, Clay

Lesco. It comes as 24-5-11 and one other analysis.

    The Lesco? It's 50#, treating the usual 12,500 sq.ft., I believe.
