Bank Erosion @ Commercial Lot

    I agree with regrade in the sense that rounding off the ledge into a more gradual slope, is the only way it will look decent anyways... if you really want something to be protected put a row of something that looks nice and low maintenance just below the lip of the rounded ridge to hold it forever... :)

    If you can't get grass to grow and erosion issues. Use soil to fill erosion areas. DO NOT TILL that will just make it worse. I would recommended juniper ground cover planted 4 feet off center. Or seed and cover with erosion matting till it takes hold. Junipers would be best and low maintenance
