The house next to mine was recently foreclosed on and it was in rough shape. A few weeks ago I saw 2 guys out there mowing the lawn so I went and has a chat with them.....here is what they said.

    This is all they do.
They work long hours and travel far distances.
The pay isn't all that great (the lawn mowing was $28...small yard by any standards, though).
The methods you have to go thru to get paid are a PITA. You have to take multiple photos each and every time including "Action shots."

Here are some of my own personal thoughts on these guys...

    *They looked ROUGH
*They looked like they hated it
    *I wouldn't hire them

Not sure if this helps or gives you any idea. This is just what I saw and heard directly from their mouths.

I'm not a photographer and I'm not a bank. Doing foreclosures are too risky. Equipment damage is inevitable, money comes slow, you have to spend hours uploading pics and then sending them for each place you do and you look unprofessional doing that type of work. Every new guy cutting grass seems to think they can get lots of work off of banks and realtors only to find out it's little to nothing in the end. SOME realtors are worthy if you know them but most of the time they don't want to pay anything to have the grass cut and will try to name THEIR price and talk you into doing it.

Considering how infrequent they mow, I'm sure it'll be hell on your equipment. The guys who come do the forclosures in my personal subdivision have it easy because I mow the forclosures free of charge about every 2-3 weeks between their visits. It helps my property values to keep the lawns cut and somewhat presentable for potential buyers.
My neighbors think I'm crazy but when the banks only send a LCO out once a month minimum to mow the lawns...they look awful in between and makes our neighborhood look bad. Fortunately we only have two forclosures right now. I mow one of them and my neighbor mows the other one.

Not to mention the LCOs that come mow the ones in my neighborhood are all "hack job" companies IMO and do a horrible job.

I'd be leery of any company that put out an ad with "technician" misspelled. :)

I've only heard bad things about but your won't know until you give it a try. I'm sure it won't hurt you to try it out. But they said full time positions only. If you already have accounts that will be tough. Also will depend on what truck you have. If you have a gas gussler like a ford f250 you wouldnt want to be driving the distances they make you travel. It is is totally up to you and from what I have heard I would have to say dont go near it. But times are tough so maybe it might not be that bad.
