Bannerman walkbehind blower with Robin engine runs great when cold but when it warms up the rpm's drop then they rise continually, then eventually the thing dies and won't start again. Once it is cool then it will start and run fine for a bit until it warms again.Fuel issue?

Sounds like it could be a fuel delivery problem, Run the unit till it acts up and shuts down. Then loosen the float bowl nut and see how much fuel runs out, Could be as simple as the fuel cap vent not venting properly.

this thing is running great now, but when I shut it off and go to another property it won't start, until I let it sit for awhile, then it will start again.

If you checked for fuel as I mentioned and found the bowl full then check for spark when it won't crank, The coil could be heating up and dropping spark.

If you have spark it could be a valve sticking once warmed up but that doesn't happen very often.
