I just purchased 50 acres and I would like to plant some trees, that I can eventually use in my landscape. Can anyone recommend what trees to use on this list or point me in the direction of other sellers of bare root trees.

I would stay away from ash and hemlock for now, what with some of the pests problems that are wiping out entire forests. Other than that, look at some of your favorite trees on the list and decide how you might be able to use them in your landscape. After selecting some of your favorites, do some research on growth habit, pest resistance, hardiness. Narrow your list based on that information.
