becoming a liscened lawn care provider

    Im just north of you. no licence req. in Tx

    Get a state sales tax slip to collect & pay states tax. get your cpa to file federal for you. Get general liability insurance. ( look up hotchkiss insurance & ask them about murcury insurance. They are in Dallas now & handle my stuff.) Thats what you need to do first.
