    Hey guys-

I posted this on Exmark, but haven't seen it come out yet..? Anyways, I did a search but couldn't find much. From reading these forums, Exmark seems to recommend to remove the belts and grease w/out load from time to time...

What's the easiest way to remove these on a Lazer 60?

Mulch a yard full of sweet gum balls, this usually will remove a belt. (just kidding)

I assume the 60 inch deck has an idler pulley in the spindle configuration. You just take the tension off this pulley and then you can lift belt off. Caution though, there is much tension on this belt and you can damage a finger if you get caught between the belt and this idler pulley. Best to have two people to do it or pull the tension and tie it off with something so you can have both hands free to remove belt.
