I have a Toro 30684 Turbo Force Walk Behind unit and I can't seem to find replacement belts for this thing. I went to Napa auto parts and they don't have them and have looked up numerous places on the net and nobody seems to carry them for this model. I did find one place on the net but it was going to run me around $120.00 for 3 belts, I've read on Lawnsite.com that many guys get them much cheaper elsewhere. Please help! Thanks!

The the belts off and take them to MSC Industrial Suppy or similar industrial supply store. They can measure and match the belts. You can also try J.Thomas.

Whoa hold on a minute, slow down, seriously...
Which belt are you looking for?

Because some of them really do run like $50+ bucks...
But you speak of 3 belts, one of my Toros has 4, the other 5...
So lets find out what it is first, because some are as low as $14...

Deck belt, blade belt, wheel belt, trans belt, a part number would be helpful as well.

Now I'll go look this up for you, which you should be doing, like so:
    http://www.google.com/search?&q=30684

Yes, it really can be that simple, brb.

The first link on Google leads to:
    http://www.toro.com/professional/lce/midsize/tf_fixedgear/30684.html
    Go figure. :p

It is a fixed deck gear drive, hence it has at least 4 belts, one trans,
two each wheel, and at least one deck-blade.

Look towards the bottom center of the page under Customer care,
the link that says Operator's and Parts Manuals.
    Click that.

Then, enter your information and get the Parts manual and get me the part numbers, also you'll likely need your machine's serial.

    Peace
