We have a Pilot truck stop in town with a Wendy's and Subway that we stop at a few times a week for lunch. I see almost all the truck drivers with this type of Bluetooth.

I figured they must be good with so many guys using them.

    The reviews look good also.

What "thing" would you be referring to?

I looked at more reviews blueparrott b250-xt, wow I may get one for calls and use the Lg for music.

    the blueparrott....

I got the LG in today and I must say, for not really using bluetooth for the past couple of years due to them falling out/off of my ear and getting mowed over or lost, this thing is pretty sweet. I've only had it about an hour, but I will say it's very, very nice to be able to have both ear buds in and hear a "stereo" voice. I'm somewhat hard of hearing anyway.

Got the LG 2 days ago. Used it today while mowing my property. Thing stopped my music on it's own several times and went crazy skipping tracks, also disconnected the only call I made with it. I must have got a lemon. I'm just going to return it and get another Plantronics Backbeat Go and when one goes dead I'll put it on the charger in the truck and use the other one.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I wanted to update everyone.

I am about buy the LG HBS-800 headset. The reason is because I have damaged my 2nd set of HBS-730's. the way I have damaged it is moving too fast under trees and catching a wire, this ripping it off my neck and evidentially pulling an ear bud wire lose or breaking it. They are very fine and small wires, and easily damaged if you catch a tree limb.

Other than that, I still love mine. Upgrading to the HBS-800 because of the new design and thicker wires that are used. Will let you all know what I think off it when it arrives...

Now that this is back up top.... How do the LG bluetooth head sets hold up to sweat/moisture?? I seem to kill the controls in all my ear bud headphones a few times a summer.

I am a heavy sweater. If its 75 and no wind, I'm sweating running my trimmer, maybe even 70 if the humidity is up...

Forget it about in August, I'm wringing wet. And I dump some ice cubes on my head, a cool sleeve from the ice chest around my neck and a wet towel sometimes... Wet, wet, wet... No problems with wet... My problems are low tree limbs...

I need to take the winter and trim all my customers trees, lol...

YMMV, but they hold up to moisture IMO...

Did you get the new headset yet? I'm on my second round with the 730. My first one the left bud quit working. I tried looking at the difference between the 2 on amazon but couldn't really tell that the wires on the new model were "thicker".
