Who is the "Best In the Business" when it comes to business insurance. Our rates went up 40% over night.

    Thank You Brad

I do just mowing and general maintenance, no landscaping or treatments. So I got a good rate of $235 per year from Erie Insurance, for $1 million liability coverage. It was $219 in 2002 and 2003, so the price hasn't gone up much.

When I first was looking into it, I was getting quotes anywhere from $600 up to $2000 a year.

the best insurance that I ever heard was through the Hartford. But they had strict guidelines; like the type of services that I offered, age, and that it could only be a solo operation. They were my first liability carry. I think I paid like only $380 for that a year for 1 million liability
