One of my current snow contracts will be asking me to bid on their summer lawn mowing for about 12-14 properties. I've always have done residential and really don't have a good clue on how to bid it. Any and all suggestion appreciated. Is by: Hourly, property or what and still want to make a decent profit.:dancing:

Most of the time when your biding a commercial property they want one bid that intemizes all the services I have been in this business for 16 yrs and all my commercial accounts want this, so my advice is to use both hourly and per property and combine the drive time into all of this plus since your doing the plow job give a little discount because this will help in the future when they want you to rebid against other companies. I hope this helps you
