    Hi All,
Getting ready for spring and was curious which Pre M controls Poa and crab the best. Dimension, Barricade and Stonewall are readily available to me.
    Thanks a ton!!

Have you looked at Bensumec ( bensulide) It's a Gordon's product.

I haven't primarily because it's not readily available to me.

I have used Barricade 20-4-10 from Lebanon for a few years and the results have been very good

Ummm, aren't Stonewall and Barricade the same? Prodiamine?

I use a generic prodiamine (Cavalcade) twice a year and have perfect control.

It is but I thought Stonewall had a higher concentration of prodiamine.

I was able to source some bensulide. Any opinions on that?

Cheaper than dimension and stonewall, butr you get less BL weed control. Which lets be honest. Pre's don't really do a good job on that any way. It mixes really well and has less of a tendency to settle out. Limited agitation, which is great for using it in the PG. I also have heard that it is more ROOT friendly than the others.

The best prem is a post-em, prem's root crop weakening turf thereby encouraging weeds, the cycle gets worse the longer you play the game.
