what's the best trimmer line you have had experienced using that would work on a redmax 2400 with a 23cc engine??

anyone used these pre-cut 8" or so pieces that slide and lock in?

I've had the most luck with Echo line... Every once in a great while it melts inside the head with heavy use, but has held up better than other lines i've used. I use Echo trimmers too, not sure if that makes a difference.

Husqvarna Titanium line has worked well.
    Also, Desert Extrusion line.

The best deal I have found lately is at Northern tool, unifit .105, it last and cuts very well and they have a 3lb spool for 13 bux. I dont understand there pricing but it works for me

Gator Magnum for the heavy stuff and Suffix for the everyday, run of the mill trimming.

The best trimmer line is free trimmer line. With all the money i've forked over to my loacal dealer, they usally don't charge me for line.
