Who makes the best walk-behind mowers?
murry...... j/k =)
its really a personal choice, go test drive them out at your local dealer
The other MFG's that you listed make a qualit machine also. Just running from a day to day nothing has been able to come close to the Hustler IMO>
Murray makes the best push mowers!! ...i loved my murray! but sadly he went to lawnmower heaven recently...
Love my Snappers - 36" 52"
I've owned my Toro T-bar 48" Commercial fixed deck walk behind mower for 2 years and love it. Best thing is the T-bar controls. I can mow with one hand if i need to pickup debris on the lawn or push aside low branches. The handle bars don't stick out like the pistol grip mowers do. I only wish it had more hp. for mowing hills with my Velke suky attached. I got a 15 hp. Kaw. The Toro T-bar is probably very similar to the Exmark ECS Controls.
I have had really limited experience with walkbehinds, but i would have to say the Troy Bilt Widecut. Although, they aint made no more, but i think somone is making them under a differnt name. From what i have seen so far with the one i used, it is VERY easy to use and cuts real nice.
I like the exmarks quality of cut, and toro's turbo force deck. The Bobcat mowers are decent but they are a little over priced IMO.
