This will be my first off season and I'm looking to make some cash. Since I don't have an irrator I was thinking of blowing leaves? Just wondering which is the best way to go about it?

The good ol fashion way. A good rake and plenty of sweat.

    Is mulching them an option?

Most efficient and beneficial way is to mulch them with a mower.

For removal if you can, windrow them, them push them into the woods with a ztr and then follow up with a vac or bagger. I can average 1 acre a hour of the heavist leaf covered lawns this way.

Blower and truck loader by far is the fastest
If its heavy coverage if it's light just bag them
