    have someone else do it.

I have this old man that has a tool sharpening biz. he sharpens everything under the sun. very reasonable as well.....

probably not the answer your looking for, but thats my 2 cents...

I use a hand file on loppers, hedge trimmers , hatchets and axes.

On mower blades I have tried bench grinders and belt sanders but the easiest and fastest way I have found which does not turn the blades blue is a angle grinder with a floppy sanding disc . I believe it is an 80 grit disc that I use.

If a person is dulling several mower blades a week I'd say a blade grinder would be a good investment.

I use a hand file for my loppers and hand pruners. Use a 12" wheel on a 1.5 hp Oregon bench grinder for mower blades. I have to do 40 or more mower blades a week so I don't want to be at it all day on the weekend.

Man 40 is a lot that must be a pain at the end of the day.
