My best worker is demanding more money or he's going to leave. The problem is he doesn't have a drivers license. Is he worth more or let him go?

When is getting a drivers license? Good help is really hard to find as you probably already know. If he runs circles around everyone I think give em a raise.

Keep in mind fellas, he can't get a license for "certain" reasons and his job is to weedeat, edge and blow. He doesn't ride a mower and doesn't drive. I'm going to tell him to hit the road.

You should know more than any of us if he's worth it. It's hard to find good hard workers let alone trustworthy and honest.

He is a hard worker, trustworthy some what, honest some what. Reliable, some what. He is one of those guys that are good at what they do but you can't really ever use him to drive a truck, talk to customers, move up in the company.
