I have this customer for 21 years that is beyond a PITA. Its a small piece of turf 20x40, its Saint Augustine I cut it weekly at a inch and a half. Every 4 months or so he will come out and says "your not cutting the grass right" Its not even, its higher over here, three days after you leave it needs cutting again. I never agree with him it always looks perfect. I say I'v been doing it the same way for 21 years my mower has four wheels and a 21 inch blade it has to cut even. Its became a game now and I don't get pissed at him anymore its been going on so long. Why do I keep him? I do his rental next door and two more house's on his left. You got to take the good with the bad.

Sometimes when I cut st augustine lawns I have to cut it twice (Horizontally and vertically) to make it look good. Especially since it's a small lawn you might consider it. Maybe raise his price a few bucks. Since there 4 yards involved, it makes dropping him a bit more difficult. Good luck, Tom
