Hi guys, This year I'm trying to get more into the commercial side of things, only had 4 commercial properties last year. I was wondering if you guys could lead me the right way on helping me with this bid.

    1. Retirement home - year round contract
I figured about 17,450 sq. feet of lawn and 7,420 sq. feet of beds that have been requested to be maintained weekly. Approximately what would you charge to mow this property with a 42" walker and then do all the beds. I figured about 1 hour for 2 men to cut and trim the property plus I have no clue how long if would take to weed the beds. Here are a few pics of the property.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I know what makes money for me and by looking at the pictures I would bid between $1,000.00 and $13,000.00 a month. If they want fert/pest it would be more.
