Bid

    I am bidding a property that is about 96,000 square feet and has 4,328 feet of curbs and about 60 small trees to trim around what would you bid it at, I have a ball park price but would like some reinsurance have been getting under bid quit a bit lately. Thanks

    There is no way you are going to get an accurate bid from anyone that has not walked the property. There are just too many variables in the bid process. Just figure up your cost, and how much you want to profit and come up with your per man hour rate. Bid the property. Good luck
