1141 Lantern Square. Waterloo, IA 50702
    $270

308 Glencoe Avenue, Waterloo, IA 50702
    $190

These for me are hard to bid. I have no idea of how long itll take me to do. I dont wanna be too high and not get the bid but i dont want to lowball and not make any money. Ive never bid a property like this. Any input would be appreciated!

    lantern square is 180000 sqft.

I estimate 50% turf (hard to tell lots of trees etc)

    so 90k worth of work.

What kind of mower are you going to use, whats your hourly rate?

    Well this might help others

    What are they wanting

Looking at your price and the photo looks like you should win the bid

    depends on what they want

Hard to help you out when you leave some of the details out How many Acres you mowing on each

I'll be doing the standard. Mowing trimming blowing the drive.

60 ZTR, medium obstacles, reasonably flat on lantern property.

    roughly 90k of mowing.

average 7 mph (tight spaces) 70% efficiency.

The mowing portion is 40 minutes.
    looks like lots of trim.
Give it an hour, blowing off another 30 minutes.
you've got 2 hours and 10 minutes on site.

    call it 2.2 hours x $50/hr = $110.00

oure figuring more than twice that…. is there more to it?
    obstacles like lawn chairs? people?
do you have to blow off the parking lots?
lots of sticks… what is there I can't see?
