I have the opportunity to bid on a pretty well know set of townhomes and condos and would like any help that you could give on bidding it. There are a total of about 300 units. Very little cutting, moderate trimming, a good amount of edging, lots of hedges and trees to trim. I figure 5-6 guys could do it in 6 hrs. I now its hard to give a price without actually seeing it but if someone could give me an idea or a range I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I know a large property like this is enticing, but if you don't know your costs to turn a profit, you are better off leaving this one alone. If I had to send out six guys, 6 hours a week, four weeks a month, it would be $ 6700 a month, just for hourly work, let alone other non-specifics of the contract..
