We are bidding our first job this next week. This is a condo development with 21 total units. 12 units are 7500 sqft and 9 are 4500 sqft. This also includes trimming and blowing. They are asking for a bid to edge the walks and drive-ways. They also want a bid for mulching priced by the yard. We can purchase mulch for $30.00 yrd. What do you guy's charge to install? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks:confused:

Could anyone give me an idea on the price for mowing this size of property? I would hate to under bid and pay for it later. There are only 10-12 trees and 3 flower beds to go around. Thanks

im kidding, thats a little big for your first bid, dont ya think? i would say 30-40 for each 4500's, and 45-55 or so for the 7500's. then double your cost for the mulch and thats your instally price. unless you have to clean it out. this is a tuff one without seeing it.

Thanks for the info and idea's. This is a flat area and the mulch would just be a touch up when needed. Those prices are close to what companies get around here. We are going to sub out the weed and feed to True Green if we get the account. This has been relaid to the owners already. They are also interested in us giving them a snow removal bid but were not into that yet. It just doesn't snow that much around here anymore. Thanks

Without seeing it of course, I would probably just do like $35 per lawn for the 21...you're not having to move your truck...they are all individual lawns but still it's really ONE job for the condo assoc., so keep in mind that you're saving time.
