    OK here goes.

36823 square feet of beds 50% plants
    75 different beds in total
    2" of mulch spread
Plenty of room to dump on site

5200 feet of light bed edging (just pulling the old mulch back a few inches from the curb)

    5200 feet of trimming
57 trees to trim around (1.5 miles in total walking when trimming)
35,000 square feet of mowing. in 37 separate areas
50% would need to be bagged or mulched
25% would need to be done with 22"
    25% with a 36"

spaying for weeds in beds and parking lot. ( very little just would have to do a walk threw and keep them in line)

Plus roughly 500 linear feet of hedges to be trimmed 4' high

This job also will include a major renovation (shrubs, flowers, etc.. etc...) that will be for latter.

How much would you charge? There are so many variables, I have come up with several different numbers and I'm just trying to narrow the field a little before I turn in my bid.

thanks guys, All input is appreciated.

Does anyone have any experience with rubber padded tracks for skidsteers or backhoes like Lacklender or Fazon (simple non swinging boom). I have a bobcat 873.

    Thank You
