I have several banks in my area. I have not picked up much commercial work, and was wondering how to format a proposal for a bank to try to get this set up. Helppppp please!

You first need to have an account set up with each bank you want to do work for. Most banks seem to want to give their landscape maint. to a company that does banking with them. We do all the locations for two different banks here in town. We have the edge to getting their work, as we have checking accounts, and loans with each bank, and we have gotten to know some of their higher up V.P.'s.
Our annual contracts with both banks are set up for 12 equal payments.
