I have just opened for business and have the opportunity to bid on the contract for a chain of banks in my area. I have the ability to price much lower than other businesses around me and still make a profit but I was wondering what exactly I should be including in the packet. Are there certain things that clients will look for? any help would be greatly appreciated.

They will certainly look for your insurance, specifically a commercial liability certificate (probably with 2 mil or higher limits) which they may require you to add them as an additional insured, to prevent you from cancelling it a month into the contract. References for similar types of properties, some background about your companies experience and pesticide/irrigation certification if that is bundled in with the services. I had 117 bank branches when I sold my company, expect them to be picky.
