I am doing my first bid tomarrow on a apartment complex. What all do you give them when you turn in your bid?

Personally, I write all bids down on a piece of toilet paper. Cuz in the end (pardon the pun), I might as well wipe with it when I am done.

To answer YOUR question, walk the property, try to time how long it will take you. Then figure in your gas, insurance, how many men it will take and how much you will pay them. When you get all those numbers together (and you want to make money) double that figure. If you want to get the bid then whatever number you come up with, cut it in half and its yours.

    Sorry.
