Hey everyone, I was asked to give a bid for 3 apartment complexes. I maintained the owner of the property's house last year. He is meeting with the board on thursday and need some help on what I should hand to them. Should I have a short summary of what I do even though I already mow the owners house. What are your ideas and if you have been in the same boat as me and have information you gave to them, if you will email it to me or post on this thread. Ill get pictures of the property and birds eye view later today. Thanks in advance!

Definately put together a short summary of what you will do on the properties. You have to treat it like they have had no experience with you in the past. If you come in without a summary it might seem that you are too confident in getting the property. Just do it like you would any other commercial bid and always be very professional while there.
