I'm not sure if this is the right area for this discussion or if it has been discussed.I'm thinking of bidding on a certain Franchise in my area maybe more than one . I was wondering what every ones thoughts were about that as far as the extra drive time to get to all the stores. I know I'll have to hire atleast 1 maybe 2 guys to cover the large area as well as all the mulching to be done.

Might feed your ego but not your bank account. Drive time is not production time you only get paid for production. Seems like an easy decision to me.

The only way I d do it and have before would be to add drive time into the bid.

You only get paid for production if you dont bid it with drive time included.

If I were you, I would type in all of the locations on google maps or mapquest and come up with a set route you would take. Figure your time on the road and bid drive time with your normal hourly rate. If not, I would atleast bid what I thought would cover vehicle depriciation and your helpers pay.
