I was sharpening the blades on a couple of mowers tonight with the angle grinder, and the angle grinder slipped (and of course I forgot to wear my gloves) and took out a huge chunk from my finger. And where it didn't take the chunk out it burnt the rest.

Just thought that I would share.

A blade slipped out of my hand once just after sharpening and cut my finger all the way to the bone. Safety first, sad that most us learn the hard way

Thats tough luck, one time few years ago i was takeing off scag blades had a 15/16th socket wrench on the bottom bolt and a regular 15/16th on the top.

Man the socket on the bottom bolt broke and i shoved my thumb into the blades.12 or 14 stiches and it cut it all the way to where i could see the bone.
Went to the doc they sewed it up and to this day it has nerve damage.
