i have a chance to bid a lawn install for a small park that is going to be built in my town. i have done lawn installs before just nothing this big, alomost 12 acres. all it needs is harley raked and seed, fert and strawed. no topsoil or anything. they just want some grass nothing fancy or anything. i have figured it out and i am at 5.8 cents per foot right now. does that sound fair to high, to low?

I would say for that type of work (govenment project) your probably a little high, I bet bet it will go in the 4 cents / sq. ft. range, just a guess, though. It would definatly be a big job.

WOW, what a waste of time !!! You have .011 cents into seed and fert. I like to be in the 5.5 cent just for the seed, fert, straw and application. NOT including the grading.
