Do you guys bill on the 1st of the month or the end of the month. Or in the middle?
depends. i bill when the customer is through being serviced for the month. many of my accounts are bi-weekly so im done w/ their yard by the 3rd week of the month, so i bill at that point.
I bill on every 20th of the month for Monthly accounts with 10 days late-$10 fee
and Bi-Weekly is the 20th and the 3rd
the larger you get the eisier it is to just do once at the end of the month though.

I bill at the last cut of the month.
End of the month due 15th of next month. More than 10 days late I cut off service and charge late fee.....
