I am looking at a Billy Goat leaf loader. It is in good shape. Has the 11 hp Briggs engine and a 15 or so foot hose. The unit is maybe 6 yrs old and seems to have low hours on it. The guy will take $900. What do you think???

    Thanks

i bought mine used 2 yrs old, for $1000 with the 16HP B&S V-twin engine, with intake hose 2 years ago, best thing i ever bought. The only thing i have had to do was adjust valves and clean out and adjust carb. there are good deals out there keep looking. If you really need it go for it otherwise i would see if he would sell for a little less $$$.

Sounds high to me. Also, I may be wrong, but it seems like it might be underpowered as well. I've got the 16 HP Briggs, and it does a really good job with a 14 ft. hose. I just don't know how the 11 horse would do with wet leaves. Anyway, good luck with your hunt.
