    ground..

    No lie..

And to top it all off the other manifold we couldn't find..

I hate it when I open up a valve box and see a cheese bag wiring code color to color with ductape to seal them..I mean why even bother hacking something this bad...well any how Z1 wouldn't fire so we located problem zone and blew it out through the last head on the spray zone..

a 521 is needed to find the other box, or when I turn it on next year I notice a Giant puddle and the system not pressurizing....HA!!!!!!

Literally 3 ft in ground with cement blocks as a barrier from earth..Jartops with a bogus wiring code.I don't even know why my boss takes these sh!t hole accounts over.....Sorry to blog out..

What is the most bogus valve box you all have stumbled upon in the"glory days"? Details please..

    Ease my irrigation pain!

Most bogus......a master valve at a big box where they'd missread the grade
so bad during install that it took five (5!) 10" rounds to get to finish grade.
This was a Maxi system, so in another cluster of 10" next to it was the flow sensor.
"Put the cone markers back in the truck, we're out of here." You could not even get
close to reaching the top of the valve with arm extended fully!

Mike, dam. God knows what else the rest of that system had in store.

Now thats pretty bad, this "CEMENT BLOCK BOX" had a placstic 6' to extend it..

My boss needs to learn the fact that we don't need "all the work".

but alas he runs the show..I'm just the tech....

"Reading grade" is a art, especially on commercial sites.

I never thought reading "GRADE" was that much of an issue.Always seemed simple to me...Some people just cant see the big picture...

Is that reading grade, or reading final grade?

Good question..I learned to read in grade 1.:) No LA has ever given me sub
grade (dream on)..very few give final grade except typical += jestering (sp mine)
One reason I like spotting boxes at the foundation; I can measure down from
bottom of belly band or trim 8"..add 2" for mulch..spot box @ 6"..let them
come to you:::::dreams on, opens a bottle of Cali Cab..watches NASCAR::::::
