I have a Husky iz4821 z rider that keeps blowing the fuses that run the blades. It is a 7.5 fuse and just all of a sudden started blowing them. I cant figure out why... Anyone have any ideas??? The mower only has 80 hrs on it.

Not familiar with this model but is the clutch adjustable? May need an air gap adjustment 80hrs seems low but clutch may have not had the proper burnishing procedure performed at the dealer during setup.

Ditto MM. If you have access to a digital clamp on amp meter, you can set to read the max draw on blade engagement. A 7.5 amp fuse seems rather low for an electric clutch. I worked on an old Toro rear engine rider with manual blade engagement and it had a blown 7.5A fuse. I've not had any clutch problems with the Hustlers I've worked on so am unaware if they have an adjustable air gap clutch.
