Bluebird aerator

    Saw a bluebird aerator on sale from home depot rental .List $3300 ( Canadian ) on sale $1300. Good deal ??? need help.

    You never know what kind of abuse it gets from untrained operators (the renters), however I have rented a Claussen aerator from Home Depot before and it was in very good condition.

    Rent it first, I either love or hate aerators. Hate the bluebird, love the Ryan. Big difference between makes. Rent it and if you like it buy it.

    We have a Bluebird and a Ryan aerator, and I personally prefer my Bluebird. As for the original question, I think that price is high for a used aerator. Surf Ebay and see what you can pull in if your going to go used. Just my thoughts.

    I paid 12 for a huqvarna/bluebird 25 inch with the honda motor. It's a beast to run. Definitely rent it first.

    I have one I bought from Home Depot, with the Honda engine. It run great and I am selling it for $1000. I will be putting it in the Marketplace soon with a pic or you can pm me.
