    Since when were you in marine construction? Looks like he has spuds on his barge so there's no need to tie off.

    I grew up around the marine industry it is something you do when you live on the West Coast working on tugs barges etc.

    along with logging, trucking, welding, excavation and any other trade circled around the construction industry?

    Gravel Rat is right with just about everything and the rock isn't river rock it came from a quarry where they blast to produce that size of rock. There are a lot of factors on a barge but sometimes you still just have to take it to the edge to reach:weightlifter:

    Here are a few past projects

    1st one is of a sidewalk demo job, everything had to be done by water

    2nd is driving the first post for a new dock

    3rd is unloading the barge after a dredge job

    4th is loading our barge for another local contractor

    5th loading my heavy hauler

    I thought you meant the tri-axle at first when you said heavy hauler! Great pics, keep them coming!

    Last Thursday and Friday we pulled out one of our small barge sections and the took delivery on our new to us 330. Tomorrow I get to start using her to load about 4,800 tons of rock on our barge, cant wait!

    Thank you it has 2200, we got a good buy and wanted to try this size of machine out for a while and hopefully use it to expand into some larger marine services.
