Just shootin' from the hip I'd say yeah, it sounds like a good deal, provided everything is in sound condition.

Im in the market for a machine ,, so pretty much that looks OK to me if it was in good operating condition <which Im sure it is>

Have it checked out by bobcat,, pay the service fee,, can be worth it
let me know what happens ,,

The deal didn't work out. So, back to the search. I am really looking for a 773 but, this one looked interesting so I pursued it. I'll keep ya posted if anything else comes up.

Thanks for the tip. I have been evaluating leases and it seemed to make good sense but, since I am just starting out I want to keep costs as low as possible. I have been thinking of finding something in the 10-15K range and putting a good DP on it so that my monthly will be low even over 24-36 months. Then at the end I can evaluate how profiable of an investment it was and go from there, trade-in on new or keep or sell and move on.

Anyway, I would be happy to hear feedback on the success of leases for your businesses.

    Thanks
