We did put a mag finish on it but it was our know it all uncle that was trying to finish the concrete with the crap he brought along. Once we got done bringing it in we kicked him off and let it set up because it was way to wet to mag so we waited and then magged it. I work on and off for a concrete company so I have done a good amount of hand finishing but i am no where as good as the other guys I work with. When I work with them we mainly do garage footings, pads, and sidewalks.

Curious why it looks like you were mixing dirt with garbage?

The black stuff we were dumping in the pile were cinders from under the old concrete so that is why we were dumping it in that pile. The pile will hopefully disappear in a 40 yard dumpster this weekend.

Yes it is a full house rehab it is going to take 3-5 years to get into livable conditions.

They dont care there are so many rehabs going on right now up there and the tacks were worn smooth so it wasn't digging in. Plus they have been driving this jd track loader around on the streets and doing more damage than us.

I am surprised you would need steel tracks on a Bobcat for working in the city. That house is really a disaster with no roof and all, next to a mini-market it seems. Amazing what someone will want to fix up. Is that a Bobcat 763 or 753?
