I just got a order in from BOP, fast service I just have a couple of questions but still no one answers the phone.

Just curious are you stocking up on parts?

I've got extra cables, belts, and a spindle.

So far, the only thing BOP did not have was the clutch, the BOP website clearly pointed me where to find the replacement directly from NORAM.

The replacement spindle has no manufacturer marking or numbers, so I'm a little concerned about finding one of those in the aftermarket. Worst case, replace all three from another manufacturer to get the correct pulley alignment and you are good to go. all I'm pretty confident, that the cables are the only thing that may not be industry standard and will require fabrication should you need one in the future. If I live long enough to need a deck or front caster, I figure the used price will be so low that buying someone's dead BOP will add a couple years to the life of my fleet. :)

The NAPA part# for spindle bearings is P62052RSJ

The NAPA part# for caster/sulkey wheel bearing is 7-04292,,,of a rear axel beraing from a Snapper 21" will work.

The NAPA A-80 belt is the best spindle belt for the 44", I know Ive tried them all, and its also the cheapest.

Have you had any success locating "pulleys"?

I think I'll ask admin, if I can edit the original post, and just keep updating the 1st post with parts as other members post their finds. It would be nice if we could keep the interchange parts all on the 1st page. Keep adding parts as you find / discover them, thanks

Lots of valuable info on here.

If you have an older (pre-2007) mower with the non-greasable spindles, the bearings are 6204-series. Advance Auto Parts carries a cheaper version of the bearing, it's listed as a 204ff and is around $8. Also, if you're mower stickers are intact, the belt sizes should be on the sticker near the spindle pulleys.

If control cables become scarce, you might try this source. You can order by housing type, housing length, end type, and cable length. The only issue would be the adjusters in the middle:
