BIG truck! trucks like that you park at the end of the isle no matter what ya 6.0s are strong and reliable but just really not a great DD because of the fuel mileage. A diesel truck is so much nicer and funner to drive!

Yeah, I really want a diesel, but we'll see what happens later in the year.

I forget Brad, but does your new dump have a PTO bed or electric?

It is electric not PTO. I wish it was PTO but It was alot more money, I could spreader salt a bit fast and tailgate stone better but I just didn't want to spend that much, if the truck was brand new I might have, electric works pretty good but I know PTO is faster

So Wednesday I came home and said to myself I should get a plastic bed liner for the dmax- jumped on Craigslist first thing that came up was a free bed liner, clicked it said 08 chevy 8ft. Needless to say I went and got it right then and there-I am never that lucky!! sure its just a bed-liner but ya can't beat free!!

Installed it yesterday was a little hard because tool box and back rack needed to be removed and holes drilled for the rack and tie downs

Also installed a new fan clutch in the Duramax today too!

Had a bit of snow yesterday and a ton of wind friday brought down alot of trees and even flipped 2 tractor trailers around here. Customer called and had a few branches down-dang near missed their mustang by a centimeter!! also the front one had to be real close to the car parked on the street too!!

Looks like the one out front was a nice size limb, and Wow that one in the driveway could not have been any closer or it would have been on the mustang. Your Duramax is freaking sweet.:cool2:

Yea it was friday afternoon I was sitting at the shop and the wind was whipping through it was crazy!
yeah it really could have the back one hit the neighbors house and but just barely and it didnt do nothing. The landlord for the house was there when I got there and looked at it real quick and then left and said I will let you do you work!
The picture does not do justice to how close it was it was literally about 3 inches from the back bumper and the other piece to the right actually broke off and was laying underneath the bumper

Rebuilt a retaining wall that was leaning Monday & Tuesday put all new gravel behind it and hauled away all the dirt and limestone that was there and had to rebuild 3/4 of the base of the wall. Also put a drain behind it since that was skipped out on when the wall was originally built.
