is there a way to get a set of master box keys to all controler boxes?
John Deere Landscapes (I think) offers a master key ring set for 30+ common keys, for around 40$. I should be listed in the catalog, if you can't find it, let me know.
thats good. i just tried of noking on the clients doors and askin for the keys to make shure i edged all the heads
nope cant find it. i looked throu the whole cat i have.
If you get a copy of a "CH751" and a "HL238" key you will be able to open probably 98% of the controllers manufactured for the last 20 yrs. The old Weathermatic controllers used an "8910". For the others you can borrow the owner's key and get a copy made.
Or you can buy the R-Co model key set for $40.00 + and pretend you're a janitor. As for all those keys I would guess that Boots is still sitting on a handful of those keys from the controllers that he installed.
If you want to see what john deere has go to page 107 in the catalog.
what US Home/ Lenniar is installing is a mix of hunter and rain bird
Uni-Key: The All-In-One Irrigation Controller Key Set, JDL item #:UNIKEY. list of 40$. page 107 of the 2004-2005 catalog.
