I have a ? about the break-a-way switch for a trailer, when I un-hook from the trailer and pull the cable/thing that goes for the break-a-way, as long as my trailer battery is charged up will my brakes be locked up? Just curious

If working properly, the brakes will be energized for about 15 minutes or so, until the battery goes dead.

It most likely says right on the tag that you should not use the breakaway as a parking brake. Also, do not pull that wire for the breakaway out when the trailer is plugged into the truck, you can do damage to the controller and the brake electrics themselves.
