I was wondering how people have found the Briggs and Stratton Quantum I/C engines on the 2005 and newer commercial Lawn Boys to be? Briggs and Stratton's website lists the engine has having:
    190 cc
    side valve
    6-6.5 horsepower

    Any feedback is much appreciated

Most people don't like Briggs engines but the Quantum's are solid engines. I would trust one in a commercial application.

I do not believe a quantum is considered a commercial engine...not a bad engine but not commercial. Correct me if I am wrong.
