Can a Brillion Seeder be used for overseeding? It is the type that drops seed then has two cultipackers behind it. Wondering if it work for overseeding or just broadcasting it would be as effective?

Put an aerator infront of it or behind and it should work.

IMO the Brillian is only good for bare soil. You are looking to achieve soil to seed contact and i dont see how the brillian can give you that with just those rollers in the rear. As noted before aerate first then you might as well broadcast seed. The best results would come from slit seeding after aeration if this is a possibillity.
